This is now one of my favorite hotels anywhere.

I loved staying here - everything about it. The ambiance, the art and decor, the location on the river, the pool, the spa, the food. I loved the entire complex. It's such a relaxing place. The restaurant and bar were fantastic, and their negrois were especially good.

Wonderful

I was a bit disappointed in the shuttle service. It only goes 6 times a day, at times that weren't convenient for us plus it only drops you off a 25 min walk away from the city center. At that drop off location are also good and cheap parking spaces that are even for free on Sundays. That's why I have to deduct one star, but the hotel is still great!

Great service, amazing staff, nice rooms, possibility to reserve the spa area to yourself, nice pool area. It's a really nice hotel that I can recommend

A beautiful hotel and the staff went out of their way to make us welcome.

Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel and location. Relaxing spot away from the centre of Florence and regular shuttle buses into centre.

The air conditioning couldn’t cope with the heatwave in one of our rooms. The staff provided a fan which helped a bit.

My stay was unforgettable, filled with charm, history, and breathtaking views.

The entire location is special. It’s situated on the hills of Florence with a view of the Arno River. It’s the oldest and only remaining mill, and it’s very charming.

The fact that it looked remote and the peace that surrounds you is unique makes it a truly special place.

A very enjoyable stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Mulino di Firenze. Set by the river with beautiful views, the rooms are beautiful with everything you need. We had a jacuzzi bath with a lovely view of the river. The terrace restaurant is lovely with delicious food and great service. The staff are amazing ! Andrea and Walter in particular. We stayed with our two small dogs who we welcomed very well. They also have a very helpful guy (unfortunately we don't remember his name ) who comes to the garage where you park your car and carries your luggage for you to and from your room. That was such a nice touch ! The lady who dies the massages at the hotel is very good and very sweet, ensuring a lovely experience. After we left the hotel ( a few days later ) we realised we had left our passports and credit cards with a sizeable amount of cash in the room. We phoned the hotel , they looked in the room, as it had not been handed in and found everything . They handled everything very professionally and the communication was brilliant. They kept it all safe until we drove back and collected everything a couple of days later. We highly recommend this great hotel .

A wonderful experience for all

We stayed here for a few nights in October and absolutely loved our experience. The service was impeccable, the rooms were beautiful and cleaned daily, and the breakfast was delicious! The hotel to city shuttle bus was super helpful and a good price, and the spa facilites are wonderful. We would definitely stay here if visiting Florence again.

The stay at the hotel was comfortable.

Breakfast was ample and staff was courteous. Front desk staff was always helpful and accommodating.

More shuttle bus times in and out of the city. Not a lot of local eateries within walking distance.

Excellent stay, would definitely stay again if visiting Florence.

Plenty of fresh choice at breakfast, good quality ingredients, excellent service. The availability of a shuttle bus was a bonus, good value for money compared to getting a taxi. All the staff were very pleasant, helpful and attentive.

The evening menu was limited, maybe an additional ‘todays special’ could of provided an extra choice.

Beautiful hotel for those who want to be out of the city center

It is a beautiful hotel, on the outskirts of Florence. The room we had was big, beautiful and comfortable, with nice amenities, comfortable mattress, dark shades and strong shower. The pool area is very nice, with a beautiful view. Also, great to have the shuttle service, but make sure to book it in advance.

While the breakfast buffet was good and full of variety, the service was quite chaotic. Nothing serious, and I would really stay again with this hotel, but wanted to give a feedback for improvement.
